About the zine

In search for nature is an exploration in which way women would deal with nature in the future. If we look at the current state of our planet, it seems that not much nature will remain. Women will therefore have to look more for artificial ways to bring nature into their lives. In Search for Nature you will find a representation of this exploration.

Concept

In the photos, a life-sized print on fabric of a nature photograph was used. This printed textile will be photographed as a cover for the magazine. The fabric will appear in every photo in the zine.

Design

This is what remains of nature and the only thing we can still preserve. For the cover, a fully covering photo of the printed fabric was used. The shadow where the title is placed is created by folding the fabric. On the inside of the cover, you can see the undulating edge of the fabric. The content consists of pages with full-page photos.
